Increased process reliability due to pressure measurement module
Thanks to an integrated pressure sensor for continuous monitoring of the pneumatic compressed air supply, a pressure drop or failure is recognised quickly. Integrated switching time monitoring for process valves
The new integrated switching time monitoring via an integrated digital input module enables system-independent monitoring of the switching times for each individual actuator.
If valve switching operation results in the set switching number limit being exceeded, a warning message is shown on the display of the valve island and via the connected bus system - thus ensuring you always have an overview of your maintenance cycles and can respond long before a system failure occurs.
Fast start-up thanks to web server
Due to the integrated web server of our valve island Type 8652 with Ethernet, you can easily make all the settings required for start-up, such as activating the switching cycle counter and defining the corresponding limit values.
